Lives and works in London, UK

Maria Andrievskaya is a painter based in London. Her practice explores the inner landscape and painting as a form of sensing rather than seeing. At RCA she has developed a new visual language informed by her changing experience of vision, which has deepened her engagement with perception and instability. Andrievskaya was awarded the Baton Prize by Flora Yukhnovich, Oli Epp and Natalia Gonzalez Martin, as well as the ACS x City and Guilds Undergraduate Prize, and was shortlisted for the Painter Stainers Prize.
